Job Description
Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate to join us. The candidate will be responsible for managing both accounting functions and warehouse operations, as well as providing administrative support to the office.Responsibilities: * Accounts Management:
- Recording financial transactions
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling accounts
- Generating financial reports
- Warehouse Operations:
- Managing inventory levels
- Ensuring proper storage and handling of goods
- Overseeing inbound and outbound shipments
- Conducting regular stock checks
- Office Administration:
- Managing office supplies
- Coordinating office maintenance
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Providing general administrative support
- Documentation:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Filing and organizing documents
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communication:
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Responding to inquiries professionally
- Facilitating effective communication within the organization
- Proven experience in accounting and finance
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in Accounting or relevant field is a plus
