Salary: RM2,500 - RM7,000 (Basic Salary plus Attractive Commission earnings up to RM6000)
Working Day & Time: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM
Organize and conduct presentations about products, and services of the company.
Responsible for sales and marketing of company products and service
Initiate new sales opportunity, identify customer needs & provide solutions to new / existing and potential customers.
Actively collect payment according to the credit term.
Be up to date with customer distribution list and their requirements.
Follow up customers from time to time on product performance, on time deliveries and other related details.
Actively study the technical details of our products to be more proactive.
Adept in using social media platforms to push Sales prospecting and generate leads
Providing selections and quotations to consultants/customers/contractors
Achieve sales performance targets given by company
Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth
Ability to generate leads and close sales via participation at business networking sessions or social events
Technical support, attend customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
Involve in tender bids and contracts discussion and tender submission for government and private projects
Setting up meetings with potential clients
Provide sales and after-sales support in coordination with internal departments and customers
Establish an excellent customer relationship professionally with customers.
Develop business through overseas and domestic business (Whole Malaysia).
Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Must have knowledge and/or at least 5 years experience in ACMV/HVAC industries or Working knowledge of commercial water-cooled Chillers, Condensers, Cooling Towers or VRV Aircon or Water Pumps in Buildings
Preferably with Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical
Interest to develop career in engineering and technology
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and yet stay focus, good sense of urgency, works independently and will to succeed.
Skilful in 2D or 3D Autocad
Detailed and task-oriented
Confidence in Product Presentation in Bahasa Malaysia, English
Enjoy communicating, organize working day activities independently
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently, self-motivated, dynamic, hardworking and team-work.
Proactive and influential personality with ability to persuade and drive decisions
Must have strong interpersonal and strong technical presentation
Possess a driving license is advantageous
Focus in project sales, targeting M&E contractors, M&E consultants and direct owner.
Product focus: Commercial unitary : VRF /VRV products.
Require engineering knowledge on products and HVAC system. Will require to do product presentations and system design proposals.
Focus in central region.
Handle customer enquiries, ie to provide quotation and technical information.
Maintain high level standard of customer service and good customer-relations.
Meet required sales volume and sales margin quotas.
Minimize risk and maintain the lowest estimated cost. Minimize estimate deviations by working with company resources.
Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.
Sets a comfortable tone and encourages open communication. Listens attentively and actively.
Develops new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Presents key selling points, features, and benefits of products and systems while focusing message on customer needs and expectations.
Track record of successful customer negotiation at the executive level. Establishes common ground and focuses on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests.
Work with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.
