Job Description

Perform maintenance and repairs on air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and air handling systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ACMV systems and components.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair works.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with Group Procurement Policy among maintenance personnel.

Provide coaching and training on maintenance activities.

Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Assist in planning, supervising, and coordinating maintenance activities

Retrieve maintenance activity data and issue notifications to clients

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.

Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.

Coordinate with operational departments and update system task lists

Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance team members.

Improve planning, reporting, and purchasing systems

Liaise with vendors for upgrading projects and rectifying maintenance issues

Collaborate with administrative team to prepare monthly and incident reports

Perform audits and interpret plans to assign work to technicians

Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

Oversee technical data, maintenance progress, and client service requests

Coordinate safety and skill training, manage hazardous conditions, and order supplies

Monitor equipment calibration and respond promptly to client service requests

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ACMV technology.

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in ACMV maintenance.

Share on-call responsibilities and collaborate with maintenance team

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
