Project Site Engineer (Acmv - Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV design, site installation, and testing & commissioning (T&C).
- 2 to 5 years of construction site experience, particularly in the ACMV industry.
- Willingness to travel daily to the construction site in Petaling Jaya.
- Bandar Utama, PJ.
- M&E costing, design, and site implementation.
- Day-to-day project planning and execution.
- Monitor ACMV site works to ensure compliance with specifications, budget, and timeline.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation and on-time project delivery.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in drawings and on-site issues.
- Lead the construction team to ensure timely project completion.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (preparation of As-Built Drawings).
Pay:
- RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month (Based on experience).
- Telephone Allowance.
- Travel Allowance.
- Petrol / Mileage Claim.
- 5 Working Days.
- A.S.A.P.
