Job Description

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation, and related HVAC equipment. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all ACMV systems are operating efficiently and safely. Troubleshoot and rectify faults in air-conditioning units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and ventilation fans. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules and SOPs. Monitor and record system parameters such as temperature, pressure, and equipment performance. Assist in responding to breakdowns and attend to service requests promptly. Ensure all maintenance tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and properly. Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, and contractors for major repairs or system upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance works, reports, and checklists. Comply with building safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards. Support other technical teams when required.

Requirements

SPM/certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in ACMV/HVAC or building maintenance. Knowledge of AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, chiller systems, and ventilation equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive/corrective maintenance. Physically fit and able to work at heights or confined spaces. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work shifts, standby, or during emergencies if required. Good communication skills.
