Job Scope:
A Sales Assistant is a professional who is responsible for greeting customers and managing indoor sales while also helping customers find anything within the store that they need. Sales Assistant need to work closely with sales executives as a team in pursuing new sales prospects.
Sales Assistant duties include selling, invoicing and preparing a quotation. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Welcome and greet customers
Manage the indoor sale processes
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Provide quotation and consultant for the products and services
Ensure the payment is collected promptly
Requirement and Skills:
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in Malay and Mandarin
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
SPM and above
