WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone to assume this 1-year contract position and be responsible for the reinsurance process, reporting and enhancement under under In-force Management team.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Reinsurance process

• Make booking for reinsurance provisions in SAP on monthly basis.
• Prepare reinsurance statements on quarterly basis for submission to reinsurer.
• Ensure timely settlements to reinsurer.

2. Reinsurance reporting

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reinsurance reports.

3. Reinsurance process enhancement

• Transform reinsurance processes for better efficiency.
• Automate reinsurance processes for minimal human intervention.
• Streamline data from multiple sources into a single master data warehouse for better use in preparing reports and performing analysis.
• Develop and maintain controls to ensure automated systems are working as expected.
• Update reinsurance processes to cater for new standards and requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Actuarial Science and pursuing Actuarial Professional Exam in any actuarial professional body.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and programming, especially Excel, FoxPro, and/or SAS.
• A good team player who is keen to learn and able to work independently.
• Proactive, highly motivated, results oriented and solutions focus.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Good technical and analytical skills.
