Ad Performance Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Africa/ SEA/MENA

We are in search of a talented and motivated Ad Performance to join our team. This position is remote.

What you will do:

• Manage and optimize Mobile campaigns (WEB and WAP) in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Reporting on key performance indicators for all campaigns and channels
• Analyze and recommend optimizations of user flows/experiences
• Identify and communicate new products, market opportunities, and successes to team members, the Business Development and Marketing teams, by studying the territory and preparing business cases/forecasts.
• Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns tailored to promote DCB services, targeting relevant audiences and keywords
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify, opportunities and optimize campaign performance
• Conduct A / B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign, performance and drive higher conversion rates
• Develop lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with airG\'s carriers\xe2\x80\x99 partners.
• Work closely with the Business Solutions team to manage and contribute to product launch and carrier support activities.
• Continually, monitoring campaigns to ensure that they are properly delivered.
• Consolidate monthly billing closures
• Ability to liaison between multiple stakeholders including external vendors, clients, and/or affiliates.

Who you are:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a wireless, mobile entertainment, technology or digital consumer brands industry
• Post-secondary education in business Administration, Marketing, Commercialization, Communication, or related combined with experience with the latest marketing methodologies.
• Advanced Excel level
• Knowledge of Google and Facebook ads.
• Certification in Google ads Display campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and manipulate a variety of data for the benefit of campaign management, ad operations, and sales.
• Strong experience in digital advertising technologies as they relate to advertising creative, delivery and processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
