Additional Mathematics Teacher
Job Description
Mathematics teachers at secondary schools provide education to\xc3\x83\xe2\x80\x9a\xc3\x82 students, commonly children and young adults, in a\xc3\x83\xe2\x80\x9a\xc3\x82 secondary school setting. They are usually subject teachers, specialised and instructing in their own field of study, mathematics. They prepare lesson plans and materials, monitor the students\xc3\x83\xc3\x82\xc3\x82\xe2\x84\xa2 progress, assist individually when necessary, and evaluate the students\xc3\x83\xc3\x82\xc3\x82\xe2\x84\xa2 knowledge and performance on the subject of mathematics\xc3\x83\xe2\x80\x9a\xc3\x82 through assignments, tests and examinations.
