Job Summary:

Ezcare Warranty is looking for a reliable and technically skilled

Adjuster cum Automotive Technician

to join our growing team. This role involves evaluating vehicle warranty claims, conducting on-site inspections, and liaising with workshops to ensure accurate repairs under warranty terms. Headquatered in Bandar Baru Bangi the coverage area is in the Klang Valley area, the ideal candidate will be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate vehicle condition by reviewing the computer diagnostics. Conduct physical vehicle inspections to verify reported issues for every claims case. Use diagnostic tools to assess faults across major systems (Engine, Transmission, ECU, etc.). Ensure claims comply with Ezcare Warranty's policy. Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports to management.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong technical and diagnostic skills across major private vehicle systems Competent in using vehicle diagnostic tools Familiar with workshop operations and repair procedures Good time management and able to work under minimal supervision Pleasant appearance and friendly personality

Other Requirements:

Own transport with valid driver's license Willing to travel within Klang Valley for inspections Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
