To be responsible in all admin related tasks
Ensure all filing and documentation are proper
Arrange and coordinate meetings
Take minute meetings
Read and screen incoming correspondences such as letters, e-mails, memos and other documents
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent
Have experiences in job Admin or Hr
Able to multitask and is a fast learner
Computer literate
