Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Prepare, manage, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
Assist in procurement, expense tracking, and basic accounting documentation.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support operational needs.
Provide on-site support or attend meetings when necessary (travel required).
Job Requirements:
Diploma
or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Must
own a laptop
and have a stable internet connection (WFH role).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing and
able to travel
when required.
