Job Description


  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM / Dilploma
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Internet savvy
  • Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Maintain office supplies for department
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and quotations
  • Handle account payables and check supplier invoices
  • Updating of monthly sales reports
  • Other ad hoc general administrative matters
