Assist in the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of the property management office.
Handle residents' or tenants' inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare letters, notices, invoices, and other property-related documents.
Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases accurately.
Assist in collection and recording of maintenance fees and payments.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for building matters.
Monitor office supplies, prepare purchase requests, and handle petty cash.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth building operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
