Key Responsibilities:
1) Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
2) Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
3) Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
4) Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
5) Provide support to the broader finance and administrative teams as required.
6) Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
1) Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field.
2) Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role.
3) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
4) Familiar in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
5) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6) Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
7) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
