Admin & Account Executive - QYRIZ Group Sdn Bhd (Cyberjaya / Semenyih)

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, correspondence, and record management.
Prepare and review
quotation, invoice, purchase order, and payment voucher
documents.
Monitor company accounts -- manage payments, petty cash, and monthly financial reports.
Support the operations and marketing teams with accounting and administrative coordination.
Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
; experience with accounting systems (e.g. SQL / AutoCount) is a plus.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Willing to work at
Cyberjaya

Salary range:
RM2,000 - RM2,600
