Job Description


Messrs. Rosenida Azlina Hafidz & Co. located at Kajang, Selangor & Kuantan, Pahang. We were established since 2013. We are a law firm that handles the sale and purchase of houses/land (properties). We manage house purchase and sale documents (SPA & LOAN), deal with agents, buyers, sellers as well as involve dealing with banks, Land Offices, LHDN and so on. All the SPA LOAN documents have the transactions such as Legal Fees, Disbursement and etc. Therefore, we would like to find a suitable candidate, to fill this vacant ADMIN ACCOUNT position. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Record all the transactions for each file, each customer
  • Record all payment that have received in the system
  • Issue receipt for each payment received
  • Calculate the profit and loss for each file
  • Manage closed file (record all the files and send all the files to the store)
  • Submit document to LHDN and land office (stamping, smartbox)
  • Prepare monthly account report
  • Do admin/clerical task
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Bachelor in relevant field or suitable with the job description
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experiences
  • Ability to work according to strict deadlines
  • Able to work extra time
  • Multitask person
