Min 4-7 years working experience in admin / accounts / supply chain position.
Experience in supply chain, accounts are encouraged to apply.
Experience with SQL system is an advantage.
Experience in generating invoices, purchase orders.
Ability to speak mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all invoicing, purchasing, delivery orders, stock control and records, conduct stock checks and verify stock returns from Key accounts, monitor stock deliveries to manufacturers and stock balance and finish goods deliveries
Responsible for invoicing to customers
Responsible for all Purchase Orders to suppliers
Responsible for stock control
Receive and record all stock from suppliers, including stock returns from customers
Maintain inventory data and suppliers\'s pricing
Update Company\'s stock records monthly and accurately for all finish goods, packaging and raw materials to meet deadlines.
Assist in stock management and stock returns at Key accounts
nventory control of all stocks in contract manufacturers and update monthly records at manufacturing factory.
Order processing to suppliers, filing promptly and record keeping.
Assist in production forecast and timely purchase of packing and raw materials
Responsible for petty cash and perform book keeping and accounting entries
Overall in charge of administration matters, including purchasing office supplies.
