Handle daily accounting entries, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and tax-related documents.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure all data is updated and organized.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Liaise with external auditors or accountants as required.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and data entry.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
Requirements :
Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles would be an added advantage.
Multi-tasking, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly integrity and excellent work ethic, with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
