About the Company

Our client is a building material supplier, founded in 2013. Their headquarters is located in Singapore and their factory is in Johor.

Accounts (60% of the time)

  • AP : Update vendor invoices to system & payment/TT + Handle full set of manufacturing account
  • AR : Issue invoice/DO, debtor aging report, and call to chase payment
  • Responsible for handling month-end activities and preparing monthly reconciliation+ financial reporting+ Cashflow management + Liaise with corporate secretarial & auditor
  • GST Submission & SST Submission
Operation admin (30% of the time )
  • Arrange delivery of stock to customer
  • Purchase of regular raw material
HR (10% of the time)
  • Monthly submit CPF for SG, EPF, SOCSO+ EIS for Malaysia
  • Worker wages preparation + Alias with agent
Job Requirements
  • Accounting or equivalent background required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Able to converse in mandarin to purchase material from China
Remuneration
  • RM 3,500 to RM 4,500
