Answering phones in a professional manner, screening and forwarding calls and taking messages as necessary.
Assisting and responding to inquiries, in person or over the phone, with exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette.
Maintains safe and clean reception and maintains office security by following procedures, monitoring record for visitors.
Responsible to manage all incoming & outgoing mail and courier items effectively.
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing mail and courier items.
To assist in handing office maintenance & upkeep including tidiness, cleanliness, facilities and equipment.
Assist in interview coordination by ensuring candidate complete the relevant documents before interview session.
Maintaining the conference room, ensuring that all stationery is in place and well-equipped.
Managing office supplies such as stationery, forms and pantry items.
Prepare monthly mobile report, registration and termination.
Verify trip commissions and deductions in the system, generate reports for mid- and end-of-month paychecks.
Verify driver's attendance and OT claim for payroll
Prepare driver's employment contract, monitor confirmation appraisal and prepare confirmation letter.
Assist in compiling and filing of HR documents.
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
