Job Description

Omnihealthgroup, headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Singapore and Malaysia, is a healthcare-focused company serving pharmaceutical firms and medical societies. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Officer to support our growing Malaysia team.

Key Responsibilities



Manage recruitment, onboarding, and payroll (including OT and claims) Maintain employee records and HR documentation Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies Support employee relations, attendance, leave tracking, and wellbeing Handle office administration, procurement, and team activities Optimize HR processes and promote engagement

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field Minimum 1 year HR/Admin experience (2-3 years preferred) Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and HR practices Proficient in Cantonese and English (spoken & written) Experience with payroll calculation preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Willing to travel occasionally to Hong Kong or Singapore for other recruitment matters
