Job Purpose:
As an Admin and HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end admin and HR operational services (including employee mobility administration, administration of HR systems and programs, benefits plan, etc.) to cover the seamless operation of the assigned locations.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support in the area of daily office operations to ensure smooth running of operations.
Work with the Facilities regarding any co-worker needs. Handle day-to-day office administration.
Manage questions and issues from co-workers and managers. Determines escalations and resolution through company programs and policies.
Maintain appropriate procedures to manage visa and immigration processing. Monitor visa status and deadlines to ensure cases are initiated in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with oncoming new coworkers and third-party vendor for relocation ensuring relocated coworkers have everything they need and have all items needed for first day of work.
Engage in the full-process recruitment process and ensure efficient delivery of results. Follow up with orientation, apartment, house renting, team building, allowance / compensation & benefits, individual income tax, insurance, school, and any other potential matters.
Check and verify invoices, quotations, and service contracts for accuracy before sending them for approval. Provide other daily administrative and human resources services.
