-Perform data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, mailing, and maintaining records in databases.
-Execute administration support to the team and other ad-hoc duties assigned.
-Review and maintain office documents for the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
-Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
-Handle minutes of meeting
-Responsible, pleasant personality, able to work independently, and a team player.
-Arrange for the prompt delivery of the document required.
Requirements:
-Diploma in Administration or Business Studies
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification or equivalent.
-Experience in administration and bookkeeping will be an added advantage.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
-Required skill(s): MS Excel & MS word
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Able to commence work immediately.
