• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Keep records of invoices and tax payments
• Process work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, and account payment
• Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents and supplier information
• Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team to optimize workflow
• Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that client accounts are accurate and up to date.

Job requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Accounting or Finance. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Meticulous, high analytical and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc).
• Strong team player with solid communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift

• Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
