Handle general office administration responsibilities.
Manage routine office administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
Manage the preparation, compilation, and organization of all documentation.
Handle the entire process for document preparation, compilation, and organization.
Confirm data accuracy by cross-checking against original documentation.
Draft a letter.
Manage the proper organization and storage of all physical and digital records.
Handle other assigned duties and ad-hoc tasks as required by business needs.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors of Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Account
Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
Can start immediately will be added advantage.
Salary:
RM2,000 - RM3,000
