Manage daily office administrative operations to ensure a productive and well-organized work environment.
Maintain a systematic filing system and ensure high-accuracy data entry to support efficient office administration.
Ensure the systematic preparation, compilation, and organization of documents to facilitate efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
Direct the end-to-end workflow for all corporate documentation, guaranteeing that every record is meticulously compiled and organized.
Verify the integrity of financial data by performing rigorous cross-references against original source documents.
Prepare a letter.
Coordinate the end-to-end management of corporate records, focusing on orderly filing and the optimization of digital storage solutions.
Perform additional responsibilities and manage ad-hoc projects as required to support evolving business requirements.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors of Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Account
Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
Can start immediately will be added advantage.
Salary:
RM2,000 - RM3,000
