Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on customer enquiries.
Provide admin support to Marketing, Corporate Sales & Retail team.
To develop, manage and promote the membership functions.
Order processing for customers, pricing update in internal system, general administration support.

At least NITEC in Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
Knowledge of Visual Basic, Microsoft Access.
Proficient in MS Office application software.
Knowledge of SQL would be an added advantage.
