CONTRACT- 6 Months (High chance of being absorbed as permanent, depends on work performance)
Support the Admin Executive in coordinating with government agencies and regulatory bodies for licensing matters.
Maintain and organize proper filing systems (physical and digital) for licenses, approvals, tenancy agreements, renewals, and submissions to relevant authorities (e.g. ePerolehan, MIDA, LLM).
Responsible in handling license renewals, document submissions, tenancy agreements, and other compliance timelines. Ensure timely reminders and escalate when needed.
Assist in preparing reports and status updates on licensing matters to be submitted to the Admin Executive or management.
Any other duties as assigned to support the licensing and administrative functions of the company.
