Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
Good written/spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia requirement.
Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Proactive with positive working attitudes, computer literate, ability to multi-task and work under minimum supervision.
FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain office activities and schedules, office procedures and systems, ensure smooth office operations.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mails and general mails.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
Any tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
