Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
  • Good written/spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia requirement.
  • Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proactive with positive working attitudes, computer literate, ability to multi-task and work under minimum supervision.
  • FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain office activities and schedules, office procedures and systems, ensure smooth office operations.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mails and general mails.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
  • Any tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
