Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills Independent, highly organized with pro-active attitude
  • Positive and willing to learn in a face paced environment
Responsibilities

To prepare general and administrative duties such as :
  • Manage incoming calls, visitors to office, courier delivery & receiving.
  • Manage logistic for pick up and delivery
  • Manage & Monitor Office & Pantry supplies & ensure all items are being recorded.
  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
  • Support sales department for generating quotation, invoice, and delivery order
  • Organize and file daily documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain and update a database of stock inventory, customer and suppliers.
