  • Provide general administrative and clerical task according to the needs of the business unit
  • To maintain effective and systematic filing systems
  • Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Assist in maintaining Know-Your-Client documentations
Education and professional skills / knowledgeExperience & Education:
  • Preferably a Diploma holder in Administrative related courses
  • A minimum of 1 years working experience in office administration
Other skills & requirement:
  • Meticulous with a sense of urgency and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office application
