Responsibilities :
1) Data entry for daily sales report, costing, inventory and purchases breakdown
2) Data entry for invoice, cash voucher and cash sales
3) Receive and record invoices and arrange payment
4) Prepare and send invoices to debtors to ensure it is collected on time
5) Prepare vehicle log for Sales Team and ensure it is up to date.
6) Prepare regular report and summary of accounting activities with account analysis and explanation for the variances against the previous month
7) Prepare debtors' listings and cash flow reporting
8) Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management
9) Arrange bank in of cheque's and monitor bank balances
10) Dealing with external auditor regarding company audit matters
11) Filling and update related documents
12) Record Van Sales expenses
13) Perform general administrative task such as record keeping, filing and general tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma
- Computer literate
- Strong counting and calculation skills are required
- Good communication in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Good attention to details
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self
-motivated and good time management
- Work experience in using Autocount system would be advantage
- Work experience in similar position would be advantage
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
