Requirements
Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, email scheduling, and basic document management.
Knowledge of filing systems and office equipment (printer, copier, scanner
Soft skills
  • Good communication (verbal & written) in English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Customer-service oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
Responsibilities
1. General Administration
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, memos, courier).
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery/pantry inventory.
  • Prepare purchase requests, payment forms, and related administrative documents.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning and schedule servicing when needed.
2. Office Coordination & Support
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport).
  • Support daily operations and communication between departments.
3. Procurement Support
  • Prepare payment requests, quotations, for approval.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office maintenance and procurement.
4. Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure administrative activities comply with organizational policies and SOPs.
  • Support audits or documentation checks when required.
  • Prepare minutes or summaries as requested by management.
