  • Possess at least a completed SPM/diploma
  • Able to utilize SQL software to automate and expedite the preparation of record
  • Computer literate
  • Immediate availability is and added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
  • To handle Sales Quotation/ Sales invoices and Suppliers Invoices
  • To prepare Daily Collection Report (PCS) and Job Tracking Report
  • To prepare Release Order (RO) to warehouse for delivery of goods after verification of payment
  • To assist and handle sales documentations
  • To assist in sales support activities whenever required
  • To do telemarketing and cold calling for sales appointment
