Job Overview



We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Admin Assistant (Stock & Inventory)

to support daily inventory operations and administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate stock records, smooth stock movement, and overall warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in monitoring and updating inventory levels in the system Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately Perform regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system data Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams for stock availability and movement Prepare stock reports, issue invoice, purchase order, delivery orders (DO), and related documentation Maintain proper filing of inventory records and administrative documents Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements



Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification 1-2 years of experience in inventory or administrative support is preferred Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work independently and in a team
