Job Description

Responsibilities:



Travel Desk



Air ticket, hotel & accommodation arrangement. Manage staff house & update the occupant records to HR monthly. Arrange lunch & dinner AGM and BOD meeting.

Public Affair



Donation & sponsorship & yearly budget Involved in corporate social responsibility Arrange for advertisement & publication

Printed Material with Corporate Logo



Arrange for the printing of name card, letterhead, envelope, brown file, corporate flag, etc & monitor the stock level. Advertising & publication, calendar, annual report printing and delivery arrangement. Arrange for corporate gift & door gift, gift paper, paper bag and monitor the stock level

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Able to work in a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
