Urgent job-office assistant Experience is preferred Welcome to inquire

• Address Plaza Lowyat Kuala Lumpur (5 minutes walk to Monorail Station or MRT Station)
• Microsoft office, organize daily reports and materials
• Office Hours 11.00am - 7.30pm
• Weekend and public holiday OFF
• ONLY MANDARIN SPEAKER

Responsibilities

• In addition to data-entry, report-writing, filing and scheduling, you will perform duties such as payroll, coordinate direct mailings and work on special projects. Other duties will include scheduling complex activities, meetings and events.

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Answer queries by employees and clients.
• Update office policies as needed
