Admin Assistant

Location: Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
s:
- Assist the Marketing Team (MCE Lead, TA Leads, and Product Managers) with administrative tasks.
- Monitor activity execution (e.g., planned vs actual DP budget, target consumers).
- Prepare and maintain vendor and HCP contracts. Before engaging their services, ensure that the appropriate person in charge reviews and signs off on them.
- Write and handle HCP sponsorship letters.
- Assist with data input on ongoing projects.
- Keep track of promotional materials and plan for their deletion once they expire.
- Maintain and gather statistics on allocated marketing events, monitor RSVP, and inform project team members of updates.
- Assist the department with internal marketing or company events.
- Provide additional necessary support actions when required.
- Ensure all vendors/suppliers follow the BI supplier code of conduct.
- Adherence to the BI code of behaviour and rules
