Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experiences in related field
  • Read & Write Mandarin is an advance.
Responsibilities
  • Assist marketing to collect sample (if needed)
  • Assist marketing to prepare documents, sample to courier back to HQ
  • Assist to travel to submit documents at relevant government bodies (when needed)
  • Coordinate with Finance Department on payment for the collection
  • Planning and coordinate with customer for collection and arrange lorry
  • Keep tracking for shipment report
  • Prepare PR & liaise with Purchasing on ordering office supplier
  • Assist administration task when needed
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
