We Are Looking For A Committed Person To Be With Us!! (HIGHLY DETERMINATION ON Learning New Things) Ultimately, a successful Admin should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the Strategic Business Unit. :

  • Prepare and update sales claims / data into system with accuracy.
  • Managing the day to day operation of the office.
  • Ensure all sales data are updated and captured in system
  • Update sales listings, filing.
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 1 year working experience in administrative duties or related the related field is required for this position
  • Computer knowledge - Microsoft excel, Microsoft Words, Google Drive and social media platform
  • Hands-on and ability to work under tight dealines with result oriented.
  • Posses positive working attitude, willing to learn and venture into new challenges.
  • Good clear communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
