Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 Trainee - Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Help prepare documentation for HQ and projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of development proposals.
  • Assist in preparing technical documents for tender submission.
  • Help provide customer service (receive and respond to emails, letters, and phone calls).
  • Support the office in various administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 - Ready To Work Program.
  • 12 months contract basis (with possible employment).
  • Degree holder only.
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
  • Placement at HQ.
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, team player, and problem solver, and is capable of executing sourcing activities.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and work under strict deadlines.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday working hours (9 am - 5.30 pm).
