Admin Assistant (contract)

Job Description


KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support buyer and coordinates buying order, tracking inventory, shipment delivery with brand principle and internal team
  • Assist buyer by offering merchandise buying recommendations and researching market trends
  • Assist buyer with daily paperwork related to buying, promotion, price setting and product delivery
  • Assist buyer in submitting order offers during the buying season and maintain good relationship with brand principle
  • Assist the buyer in forecasting buying trends to ensure that the right products and inventory levels are brought in to support the business operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fresh graduate, preferably Diploma or undergraduates from School of Business, Fashion and Arts or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with strong numeracy skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive and possess can-do attitude
  • Good commercial awareness and passion for sport fashion industry
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in E-Commerce would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Willing to work in Damansara Heights
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:

Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
