Responsibilities:
To assist in all general administrative matters within the Department,
To liase with all incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Department,
To assist in preparing monthly reports for reporting purposes on instructions,
To be responsible for filing / maintaining database and relevant records of the department.
Ensure debts are closely monitored and followed up
Send reminders to customer about their payment
Prepare monthly forecast and collection report
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field,
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
Possess own transportation,
Independent and matured person with an eye for evaluating critical matters,
High confident, diligent and good communication skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
