Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound & outbound calls
  • Assisting customer on general enquiries and complaints related to the products and services (Sales, After Sales and technical issues for automotive)
  • Assisting in customer retention by negotiating and provide better offer to the customer
Requirements
  • Diploma in any related field
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa
  • Good in telephone etiquette
  • computer literature
  • Experience in handling clients as a frontliner
  • 3 years in related job experience
