Zenith Group Sdn. Bhd. is a leading life insurance and financial consultancy agency with over 30 years of presence in Malaysia. We are expanding our support team and looking for

dedicated, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals

to join us immediately.



We are hiring for the following positions:


1.

Admin Assistant




Job Responsibilities




Manage and monitor renewals, payments, and outstanding rentals/utilities. Track and follow up with policyholders on overdue premium payments. Draft letters and correspondence for various administrative purposes. Handle general administrative and office support tasks.

2.

Agency Support Executive




Job Responsibilities




Manage daily operations and administrative tasks of the agency. Prepare marketing materials and promotional content for insurance products and services. Assist in preparing scripts and social media content for agents to attract and close sales. Provide day-to-day support to advisors, including application processing and referral follow-ups. Use

Canva

and Microsoft Office tools to create professional materials.

Salary & Benefits





Salary:

RM1,800 - RM3,000 per month

Monday - Friday

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Requirements




Requirements (Applicable for Both Roles)




Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least

1 year of working experience

. Proficiency in

Mandarin (spoken & written)

is a must. Strong command of

Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

. Familiarity with

Canva

(required for Agency Support role). Good organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and proactively follow up tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Preferred Qualities




Experience in the financial/insurance industry is an advantage. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Creative mindset and attention to detail.
