Job Description


Job Summary: The Admin Assistant / Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Elder Care Centre. The role involves performing a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.Key Responsibilities:1. Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and their families.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
2. Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and update resident records and files.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
3. Resident and Family Assistance:
  • Provide information and support to residents and their families.
  • Assist with the admission and discharge processes.
4. Financial Administration:
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
5. General Office Duties:
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
