Coordinate with shipping agents, forwarders and internal departments on shipments related matters. Prepare import & local purchase material Sales Tax Exemption application. Prepare local purchase goods Sales Tax Exemption for export. Prepare Certificate of Origin for export shipment. Prepare & handling monthly and quarterly customs report. Monitoring meterial purchased under Sales Tax Exemption to ensure compliance with approved quality. Handling of marine insurance related matters. Handling of Admin daily documentation and operation.

Job Requirements

:

Minimum 1-2years' experience in shipping or related file. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin are essential. Good communication and coordination's skills. Able to work under minimal supervision Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
