Job Description


We are hiring for our client, who is a Wealth Advisory Director in one of the largest independent financial advisory firms in Singapore providing insurance, investment, loan and other financial services. The compay partners with different insurers, funds houses & banks in providing the most suitable financial solutions to individuals & corporates. Inspirational and independent individuals are invited to take on the role to support business expansion. You will provide real-time support to the director to create better client experience and business growth. The individual will mainly take charge of the following duties on top of ad-hoc duties/projects: 1) Taking over from director on new business concluded and complete submission. You will be required to follow-up with clients / business partners to ensure timely inception of new business. 2) In charge of post-sales follow-up by creating financial portfolio summary, monitor and help out in existing clients\xe2\x80\x99 portfolio reviews. 3) Attend to day-to-day communication with clients & business partners and taking charge of secretariat & administrative work ranging from renewals, claims and servicing. 4) Assist in social media contents creation for marketing and better outreach to general publics & clients. 5) Research on financial products in the market and identify the most suitable solutions for clients. 6) Joint-field work with director in sales and marketing activities. The selected candidates will be exposed to the above functions in phrases (item 1-4, followed by the rest). Ideal for candidate, who would like to have broad exposure and build up a career in financial services industry. Experience in financial industry could be an advantage but not necessary. On-the-job training will be provided. Hybrid work mode is adopted and suitable for individuals need to have a flexible work arrangement. Preferably, you should have basic knowledge/expertise in the following areas: 1) Good interpersonal skills in liaising with different stakeholders 2) Independent and good learning capacity 3) Proactive, eyes for details and able to perform under timeline 4) Microsoft office (mainly Words, Excels & Powerpoint) Workplace: Remote working To apply, please furnish your resume with recent picture, last drawn and expected salary.
